SIMON ALLISON BSc Hons RSci FIFST
As a graduate of Food Technology from Reading University, Simon has worked in the retail environment for over 18 years, covering roles as diverse as in-store Bakery, Food to Go, Ready Meals and Technical Innovation for Marks & Spencer Plc and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets. As Technical Operations Team Leader for innocent drinks, Simon and his team are focused on delivering the ever expanding portfolio of products to a now Europe wide customer & consumer base.
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science & Technology and an INLPTA certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the art & science of the language of the brain.
He will be talking about “The Culture of Innocent”
In this short piece he will outline where it came from, how we maintain it, and how we face into the credibility challenges presented to us from issues such as sugar and our growth into a large company – such that we continue to be innocent and a wellness brand.
